Who is this qualification for?
The VTCT Level 4 Diploma in Permanent Hair Removal and Skin Rejuvenation is a vocational qualification aimed at 16+ learners who wish to pursue a career as an employed and/or self-employed beauty therapist specialising in hair removal and skin rejuvenation.

Entry onto this qualification is via a previous attainment of a Level Beauty qualification

What does this qualification cover?
This qualification is based on the national occupational standards for beauty therapy and includes all the required elements to work effectively as a specialist beauty therapist. Learners must achieve all mandatory units which include:

Throughout this qualification, learners will develop their knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology and health and safety whilst looking in depth at the physiology of aging. They will also develop the knowledge, understanding and skills to consult with and manage clients. Learners will learn how to provide a range of beauty treatments including basic and advanced epilation along with laser and IPL applications in order to make informed decisions for the purpose of hair removal and skin rejuvenation.

Pre-requisites:Â Level 3 or equivalent
Duration:Â -8 days in centre , plus home study, tutorials & online workbooks
Models :Â All models will be arranged.
Certification: A level 4 certificate will be provided on successful completion of the course
