Who is this qualification for?
The VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Micropigmentation is an advanced qualification that has been specifically designed for beauty therapists.
Entry onto this qualification must be via previous attainment of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline or Microblading or a brow qualificaiton or equivalent prior to undertaking this qualification (please ask for more info)
Why is this qualification most suitable?
This qualification is the only Level 4 qualification offered by VTCT in Micropigmentation. The VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Micropigmentation is about using micropigmentation, a form of cosmetic tattooing to create make-up effects to enhance facial features. This qualification requires learners to develop skills to carry out micropigmentation treatments. This qualification allows learners to gather evidence in a realistic working environment or real working environment without the need for fee paying clients.
What does this qualification cover?
This qualification has been specifically designed for the 18+ age groups, builds on existing knowledge and understanding of therapy skills and will develop an enhanced repertoire of technical skills to prepare learners for employment. Learners will have their skills assessed in a real or realistic working environment.
This qualification will require research; it includes the skills involved in providing the skills involved in providing a thorough consultation with the client to formulate a specific course of treatment, tailored to suit individual client needs, use micropigmentation techniques and manage the health, safety and security of the salon. –
Learn how to create the perfect
You will then move onto learning Lips and Eyeliner.
Please be aware to complete this higher level qualification the minimum level of time to pass is 3 months.
