2 Days Course + Case studies

This two day course is aimed to teach the popular and ancient healing treatment of reflexology. This treatment works by stimulating the pressure points on the feet, which relate to different areas of the body, helping the body to in turn heal itself. The treatment aims to unblock any latent energy or imbalances and revitalize mind, body and spirit. The hands and ears may also be worked upon.

Lessons consist of theory and practical sessions followed by a full practical assessment. You will gain an understanding of the anatomy and physiology, the history, contradictions, and benefits of the treatment, alongside a working knowledge of reflexology techniques.

Case studies will need to be completed to gain the qualification.
