Do I need professional insurance?
Appropriate professional insurance is strongly recommended and may be required before offering treatments commercially. Importantly, confirm that your policy specifically covers keratin straightening and Brazilian blowdry services.
Are keratin treatments suitable for everyone?
No. Suitability depends on factors including hair condition, previous chemical treatments, scalp condition, product formulation and individual circumstances. Therefore, a thorough consultation must be completed before treatment.
The Booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances; you may transfer once to the next available date if you give more than 72 hours’ notice. Less than this will result in the loss of your booking fee.
If you have paid in full, please be aware there is a cancellation fee equivalent to that of the booking fee or if courses are less than £100 the full fee will be lost as this is our cancelation policy.
